While doing online searches we come across sites that promise potential income from online activities. Some of them propose blogging as a source of online income. Is it really true? Blogging can generate money. That is true. My own experience is not different.
Most people start blogging for fun, as a hobby or to just use extra time constructively. They are not bothered about making money out of what they do. It is possible to use blogs to generate a passive income. Generating money from blogging is a win-win strategy.
I have a friend in an online discussion forum who received a pay-out of $2000 last month. I wonder how sincerely she must be updating her blogs. It takes a lot of patience and time out of our private life to keep the blogs alive. Most people quit blogging after certain months or even years. Commitment we make with the time may change after certain months. We may not be able to devote our time to the blogs. A blog which is not updated regularly can not attract visitors. Such blogs can not keep their readers with them due to uncertain nature of posting. If the blog posts are not periodic, visitors will distract to other sites.
It is well known among online money searchers that one blogger, who is currently the most popular blogger makes more than US$ 40,000 per month from his blogs. Is it not a decent income? Probably that amount will be dream for everybody. Even if we can make that amount in one year from our online activities, that is worth.
If you have a favorite subject and feels that you can generate original contents, blogging must be your choice to make money from your online activities. Now a days there are so many online writing jobs opportunities in the internet. It is advisable to write for your own blog than writing for somebody else's. By writing for your own blogs, you will create a public image that will help build your credibility online which will later translate in to money.
